Texas Size Bling | Downtown Nacogdoches
Texas Size Bling is looking for a full-time E-Commerce + Marketing Coordinator to support the daily
operations of our website and digital marketing efforts. This role works directly under the Marketing
Director and plays a key part in keeping our website fresh, organized, and aligned with our weekly
product launches and promotions. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented,
and creative, with an interest in retail, visual presentation, and online merchandising.

Schedule

Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Website & E-Commerce Management
• Photograph new merchandise for the website
• Edit product photos for clarity, consistency, and brand standards
• Upload new products and product details to the website
• Write and edit product descriptions
• Maintain product categories and collections
• Organize and update merchandise placement across the website
• Update homepage graphics, banners, and promotional messaging
• Assist with merchandising the website to highlight promotions, collections, and new arrivals
• Monitor product accuracy including pricing, descriptions, and inventory presentation

Email Marketing
• Create and schedule weekly email campaigns
• Update email graphics and promotional messaging
• Assist with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Product Launch Support
• Prepare merchandise for website photography
• Organize products for weekly new arrivals and promotional features
• Help ensure new products are launched accurately and on schedule

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with digital marketing initiatives and online promotions
• Help monitor and maintain marketing campaigns
• Possibly assist with running or managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with photography and basic photo editing
• Strong writing skills for product descriptions and marketing content
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or online retail
• Experience with website platforms, email marketing platforms, or design tools is a plus
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus
