Do you have a storefront?

We do!  We are in the heart of Downtown Nacogdoches across from the historic Fredonia Hotel.  We specialize in TSB Original Graphic tees, boutique apparel, shoes, jewelry, accessories, gifts and officially licensed Stephen F. Austin State University merchandise.

Where do I enter my Discount Code?

Once in your cart, please select “Check Out”.  You will be prompted to enter your information.  Once your shipping address has been entered, please select “Continue to Shipping”.  Select your shipping or Nacogdoches Store pick up here then select “Continue to Payment”.  On this screen, You will be prompted to review your shipping address and shipping selection as well as entering a coupon code and finally selecting your preferred method of payment.  

I’m local. Can I pick-up my order so I don’t have to pay shipping?

Absolutely!!  Here are instructions on how to get to this option! 

Once in your cart, please select “Check Out”.  You will be prompted to enter your information.  Even though you do not wish to ship your order, you will be required to enter this information.  Once your shipping address has been entered, please select “Continue to Shipping”.  It is here that you will have the option to select in store pickup.  

I’m picking my order up. How quickly can I come get it?

Once your order has been pulled and fulfilled, one of our team members will reach out to you by phone or text to notify you it’s ready.  Please ensure you entered the correct phone number to reach you.  

I selected Nacogdoches in-store pick up but I don’t live there.  Now what?

Please click HERE and purchase shipping.  We will automatically pair your pick-up order and shipping payment together and get it shipped out to you!

How can I use my in-store gift card online?

Please e-mail sales@texasbling.com with your gift card number (found on the back of the gift card).  We will issue an e-gift card for you to use on your next purchase.  We ask that you refrain from doing this until you are ready to place an order.  We are not able to convert an e-gift card back to an in-store gift card once converted to an e-gift card. 

How should I care for my garments?

We always recommend to wash your purchases on gentle and in cold water, followed by hanging to dry!  This will prolong the life of all your garments!  Occasionally, you may purchase something that is more suited to dry cleaning.  

TSB makes no claims as to how garments hold up in everyone's unique care.  We can not control water temperature, dryer temperature (should you decide to dry your clothing), etc.  

With regard to t-shirts, we recommend the same: wash your purchases on gentle and in cold water, followed by hanging to dry!  This especially protects the vibrance of tees (specifically Comfort Color, Tie Dyed Shirts and other pigment dyed apparel) and it protects the ink.  Due to the unique nature of the the dye and pigment dye process, we are not able to guarantee the life of specialty tees.  

My t-shirt has a thread loose or a seam that is un-sewn. What do I do?

We do our best to inspect every garment during our printing process but occasionally, one can slip through!  We recommend taking it to a local seamstress and asking if they can repair!

Something I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We do our best to restock popular items quickly.  If you would like to be notified once a specific style or size is restocked, please e-mail us at sales@texasbling.com with the item, size, color (if applicable) and your contact information.  We will contact you as soon as the item is restocked!

I’m trying to use two discount codes and it’s not working. Is that correct? 

Our website only allows for one discount code per purchase.  Discount codes typically only apply to regularly priced merchandise unless otherwise stated. 

I just placed an order but now need to cancel. What do I do?

We typically do not cancel orders, however, in the rare event you need to cancel due to error, please contact us immediately by phone and/or e-mail.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order.  Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel.  There will be a 10% restocking fee for orders that have been pulled and are awaiting fulfillment. 

Do you offer any discounts, bulk pricing or price adjustments?

We frequently offer special discounts via our Facebook page, instagram, text opt-in programs and our newsletter.  We are unable to offer discounts on an individual basis in order to keep our pricing fair for all of our valued customers and retailers.

Bulk pricing and group discounts are available for orders of 24 or more of the same TSB Original Tee design.  Please contact us at Lisa@TexasBling.com for more information.

I forgot to enter my discount code. Will you refund the difference back to me?

Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed. Please be sure to enter any discount codes at the time of your order. TSB is not able to adjust shipping charges.  This includes placing multiple orders that combined, would have qualified the customer for free shipping. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, ship same day (excluding federally observed Holidays).  Special sales events that cause a significant increase in normal orders may delay the shipping time by 1-5 business days.  We make every effort to notify customers when we advertise a special sale to expect delayed shipping.  

How do you ship?

We offer shipping to addresses within the United States only. All shipments are made via the US Postal Service.

Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. Texas Size Bling is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the US Postal Service and are beyond our control. 

Should your package be returned for whatever reason (undeliverable, wrong address, no such address, etc.), TSB will reach out to you to make other shipping arrangements and you may be subject to additional shipping charges. 

How can I track my shipment? 

At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email to the e-mail you provided at checkout that includes a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows us to track the status of your package after it has left our offices, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the US Postal Service has confirmed that your order has been delivered, Texas Size Bling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

I placed a preorder, when can I expect my item to ship? 

Most preorders will state in the description when we expect them to arrive. If they arrive to us on a business day they will ship immediately. If they arrive over the weekend they will ship out on the following Monday.

I placed an order that included an in stock item and a preorder item, will they ship together? 

If your order qualifies for free shipping the items will ship together once the preorder item has arrived. If you would like your in stock items to ship immediately please email returns@texasbling.com so that you can be invoiced for shipping. 

Will you donate to my cause, organization, school or child?

We LOVE to support our customers!  If you have a donation request, please e-mail the details to Lisa@TexasBling.com.  Include information about what the donation purpose is, your contact information and tell us something you recently purchased from us that you love! Please understand we receive a large number of requests and can not donate to every cause (although we’d love to!).  

Customized Merchandise Policy

Monogrammed items on orders will take up to 5 business days to complete and ship.  Should your web order contain non-customized items, your order will be held until the customized item is completed and the order can ship in its entirety. Should you need the other items sooner, please consider placing two seperate orders. 

Rushed Customization 

Should you need something personalized quickly, please reach out to us.  We do our best to accommodate deadlines.  Depending on the time of year and the amount of existing orders, meeting your deadline might classify your order as a “Rush Order”.  Rush orders are subject to a $10 per item rush fee and possibly increased shipping charges. Please discuss the details of this PRIOR to placing your order. Rush fees do not always apply.  


Rush Shipping

Our website does not currently have the option for expedited shipping.  If you need to expedite an order, just call us at 936-559-5268 and we can discuss your options and pricing.  We do our best to accommodate all deadlines!!

Chargebacks

Chargebacks will be subject to a $45 fee. If this happens after your item has left our facility, we will consider this "Theft" and proceed (legally) as necessary.  Texas Size Bling will not negotiate chargebacks with any person or company. Chargebacks are NEVER an acceptable means of obtaining a refund. To initiate a chargeback on your credit card for a valid transaction is considered fraud. Fraudulent credit card chargebacks will be aggressively prosecuted and reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. Should a chargeback be filed against Texas Size Bling, we will not hesitate to proceed with collection and legal action to recover funds.  Regardless of the reason for the chargeback, whether accidental, unintentional or made by another person, the $45 fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
