EASY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR ALL FULL-PRICED ITEMS FOR U.S. ORDERS. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all items to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.  If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us at sales@texasbling.com within 24 hours of delivery. 

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Store Credit never expires. We get in new styles each week and are happy to assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Please e-mail returns@texasbling.com with your name, order number, reason for return or exchange, and contact information.  Do not mail anything back without prior authorization.  Unauthorized returns will be marked “Return to Sender” and sent back. 

Once your return has been authorized, you have 5 Business Days to get your return package in the mail to us.  Returns not sent back within this time will not be accepted and will be returned.  

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Store credit is processed once your item(s) have been verified as an authorized return, sorted and inspected.  We then email an E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse for the value of your return. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

HOW DO SEZZLE RETURNS WORK?

For those that purchase using Sizzle you will need to initiate the returns processes as stated above. Sezzle returns will also need to be verified as an authorized return, sorted and inspected. We will email an E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse for the value of the return. You will have to complete the installments through Sezzle and can then use your store credit on your next purchase. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please fill out this RETURN FORM and include it along with the items you have been authorized to return. Additional items that are not listed on the return packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling of returned merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  You will also be responsible for return shipping fees for any unauthorized items that are included in your return package. We will invoice you with the return shipping fees if you want your items back. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • If you have requested a size exchange on your return form, we will process and ship the requested size for free.  **Please note: your requested size is not held until the package is received.  If the item becomes unavailable, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount sent to the e-mail provided at checkout.
  • We STRONGLY suggest keeping your tracking number for your return shipment.  We are not responsible for lost return packages. 
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returned merchandise. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and free of perfumes, deodorant, makeup, smoke, pet hair, and any other stains/elements. Original tags must also still be intact.  If any returns do not meet these requirements, the return will be denied and any shipping charges to get merchandise back to the customer will be at the expense of the customer.  
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs, marks or odors.  Shoes must be returned with the original box, inside another box or package that does not damage the original shoe box.  Shipping shoes back incorrectly will void the return authorization and the return will be denied.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • Please review the list of ineligible items below before requesting a return.
  • Orders that have a promo or discount code applied at checkout will be refunded at the discounted pricing. The promo or discount code will not be regenerated for you to use on a future purchase.

Due to our fast inventory turnover, all SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Thank you for understanding.

  • DISCOUNTS-orders or items that have a discount code of 30% or more applied at checkout, is considered FINAL SALE and does NOT qualify for a return or exchange of any kind.
  • Flash Sale Items, Grab Bags, Mystery Bags, and Style Bags/Combos are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
